Care Navigation

Our staff have received training in Care Navigation.  Our receptionist will ask patients what the problem is when they contact the surgery.  This is so they can direct you to the right service for you.  Please don't be offended if they ask what the problem is when you call to make an appointment.

The receptionist might suggest other professionals that could help you better such as:

  • Opticians
  • Pharmacist
  • Nurse
  • Dentist
  • Support Groups
