Repeat Prescriptions

Patients who have been given a repeat prescription facility by the doctor can request a repeat prescription either by sending their computer slip in by post or by handing it in at reception.  Please allow 48 hours for processing, there may be circumstances where you prescription may take longer.

You can also now order your repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. Please contact our reception for details.

Nominate a Pharmacy to order your prescriptions for you. Contact the receptionist for more information.

We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

We are not a dispensing practice; there are however a number of local chemists in the area from where you can collect your prescription.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
